Terms of Service

By accessing or using Build Passport (“the Service”) at buildpassport.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by The Beast Co (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@buildpassport.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

Each person may register one passport. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or account restrictions is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You retain ownership of all content you submit — product listings, descriptions, logos, metrics, and any other data (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or automate requests beyond normal use without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code

The Diplomatic Passport is an annual subscription at $29 per year. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider and are subject to their terms in addition to ours.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

The Build Passport name, logo, design, and all proprietary code are owned by The Beast Co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms to display verified metrics. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Metric data is pulled from third-party sources and may not always reflect real-time accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Beast Co and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $29, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
