Refund Policy

Build Passport offers a Free Passport tier at no cost and a Diplomatic Passport annual subscription at $29 per year. This policy applies to the paid Diplomatic Passport subscription only.

We want you to feel confident upgrading. If Diplomatic Passport does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@buildpassport.co with the subject line “Refund Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and your Diplomatic Passport features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.

We will send a renewal reminder to your registered email address at least 7 days before the charge date.

The Free Passport tier is provided at no cost and is not subject to any refund policy. There is nothing to charge and nothing to refund.

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstance outside the standard window, please contact us and we will review your case on its merits. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
