How do I claim my passport?
Sign in with your email or Google account, choose a username, and add at least one product. Your public profile is live immediately at buildpassport.co/you.
How do I connect integrations to show verified metrics?
Go to your dashboard and open the Integrations section. Each provider has a Connect button that walks you through the OAuth flow. Once connected, metrics are pulled automatically.
What is the Diplomatic Passport?
Diplomatic Passport is the paid annual tier ($29/year). It unlocks custom domain hosting — point any domain you own to your Build Passport — and enables real-time metric sync from your connected integrations.
How do I set up a custom domain?
Upgrade to Diplomatic Passport, then go to Settings → Custom Domain. Enter your domain, add the CNAME and TXT records shown, and click Verify. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to your dashboard, and open Settings. There is a Manage Subscription option that lets you cancel at any time. Your Diplomatic features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
I'm eligible for a refund. How do I request one?
Email support@buildpassport.co with the subject "Refund Request" within 14 days of your payment. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My verified metric looks wrong. What should I do?
Metrics are pulled directly from the connected source. If a figure looks incorrect, disconnect and reconnect the integration from your dashboard to trigger a fresh sync. If the problem persists, email us.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes. Go to Settings in your dashboard and use the Delete Account option. All your data is permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
